We can all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. My goal with Sussex Yoga is to help everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis, put focus back on your wellbeing and your goals and to help you improve your health, strength and flexibility through yoga. All from the lovely Ashdown Forest in East Sussex. Whether you want to improve your strength and flexibility with Hatha Yoga, work more deeply into your body and your connective tissue with Yin Yoga, practise Chair Yoga if you are struggling to get on or off the mat or learn more about meditation and breathwork, I am here to help you on your journey.

Or if you are into a more slow-paced style of yoga, then Yin Yoga will help you alleviate stress and restore your energy levels whilst targeting the deepest tissues of your body. Or if you are struggling to get on or off the mat or you are recovering from injuries then why not try Chair Yoga or Gentle Yoga? Whichever style suits you best, these sessions are built for you, your body and your personal journey. Yoga really is for everyone, all bodies and abilities.

Personalised yoga sessions in Ashdown Forest, East Sussex

My studio is based in Maresfield, the heart of Ashdown Forest in East Sussex and sessions can be done in the studio, outdoors on the grass surrounded by trees or on top of our lovely sundeck. Or you can do online sessions if you are not based nearby or simply do not have the time to come. You can choose between personalised 1:1 sessions or join our popular Friday and Saturday classes. There is something for everyone and the choice is yours!
