Not at all! All of our classes are open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Each session is designed so you can work at your own pace, and I offer modifications and guidance to make every pose accessible.
Yoga is about finding what works for your body and mind, so everyone is very welcome, whatever your experience.

I specialise in gentle, accessible practices including Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, sound baths, Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork.
All of my classes are beginner-friendly, and there are always options for how we do the poses so you can work safely and comfortably at your own pace.
My aim is to help you move, breathe, and feel more balanced, rested, and supported in a way that works for you.
-
Definitely not! It's a common misconception that you need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, but it’s quite the opposite! We do yoga so we can gain flexibility, and I can promise you that once you start a regular practice you will feel huge benefits!
-
You don’t need to bring anything at all — I provide mats, props and everything you need for class. Some people like to bring a water bottle or their own mat for extra comfort.
For meditation, Yoga Nidra or sound bath sessions, some people also enjoy bringing their own blanket to feel extra cosy and supported.
-
Most people prefer to wear comfortable clothing such as leggings, jogging bottoms or shorts. You can practise barefoot or in thin socks. For Savasana you can choose to wear something warm.
