What is Dynamic Reformer Pilates?
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is a modern, flowing form of Pilates performed on a specialist reformer machine. Using springs, straps, and a moving carriage, it combines resistance and support to help you move with control, precision, and ease. Each session is tailored through 1:1 teaching, allowing exercises to be adapted to your body, experience, and goals.
Although the machine can look a little intimidating at first, it is actually very supportive and can be adapted to be as gentle or as challenging as you need. Many people are surprised by how accessible and calming their first session feels.
Your first introductory session is only Β£35, offering a welcoming way to experience the reformer, understand how it works, and decide if it feels right for you.
Unlike mat Pilates, the reformer provides continuous feedback through resistance, helping you deepen your awareness of alignment and movement patterns while still feeling supported throughout the practice.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
