Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience a balanced, uplifting blend of practices, suitable for all levels:
Hatha Strength & Flow Yoga – energising, sun-inspired sequences to build strength, flexibility, and confidence
Face Yoga – gentle exercises to release tension, boost circulation, and promote a natural glow
Meditation & Breathwork – practices to centre the mind, increase energy, and cultivate clarity
Crystal Singing Bowls – restorative sound sessions to harmonise the body and mind, leaving you deeply relaxed
In addition, this retreat will include a special midsummer ritual, offering time to reflect on the first six months of the year and set intentions for the months ahead. Using guided prompts and visualisations, you’ll harness the sun’s energy to energise your goals, cultivate positivity, and align with your personal growth for the rest of the year.

What is the cost?
The retreat runs from 10am to 2pm and is priced at £70, including everything you need for a fully immersive, restorative and supportive experience. You’ll receive guidance throughout the sessions, with clear instructions and support to help you get the most from every practice—whether it’s Hatha flow, face yoga, breathwork, meditation, or the deeply relaxing crystal singing bowls.
The price also includes all props for moving, stretching, and relaxing comfortably, along with a selection of herbal teas, fresh fruit, healthy snacks, and a nourishing, filling vegetarian lunch to keep your energy flowing throughout the day. This is more than just a yoga session—it’s a carefully curated experience designed to leave you recharged, balanced, and empowered, giving you time to truly focus on yourself and your wellbeing.

Is there free parking?
Yes, you can park on-site or nearby. All free.
Do I need to bring anything?
Mats and props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
It's always good to bring a water bottle, and you can also bring a soft blanket for Savasana, meditation, or relaxation.
Comfortable shoes or wellies if you want to go for a wander during break time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available any time up until 14 days before the event. A full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be refunded unless the place can be resold to another attendee before the day of the event.
